SHOT Show^® is nearly here. After two years away from our Las Vegas venues, we look forward to seeing you at the show next week, January 18-21. This second SHOT Media Blast will be our last before the show opens. As a reminder, nearly all the information provided here in digest form is available in the Online Newsroom site. HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES

SHOT Show takes the health and safety of its attendees very seriously. Masks and hand sanitizer are being made available to show attendees through generous sponsorships of Geissele Automatics (masks) and Otis Technology (hand sanitizer). The show’s current health and safety guidelines can be found here. Current Status: No proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend SHOT Show. Per Nevada’s mask mandate, face masks are currently required at both The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. Show attendees will be notified should the face mask policy change between now and the show.

Expanded Exhibit Space at Caesars Forum

SHOT Show has expanded its exhibit space into the new Caesars Forum, in addition to its traditional space at The Venetian Expo (formerly the Sands Expo). The two venues are connected by a pedestrian bridge. As a result of this expansion, the 2022 SHOT Show will be the largest ever with more than 2,400 companies covering more than 800,000 net square feet of exhibit space (floor plan).

New Products Center Moves

The show’s popular New Product Center has been moved to the Caesars Forum. Also in Caesars Forum is the new eXtra Pavilion with more than 100 next generation companies displaying products in a table-top pavilion.

Governors’ Forum

NSSF, owner of the SHOT Show and the firearm industry’s trade association, will host several governors at SHOT Show to speak about the importance of the firearm industry to their state, efforts to attract firearm and ammunition-related businesses, and the benefits of firearm-related businesses to their state economies. All media are invited to attend this press event on Wednesday, January 19, from 1 to 2 p.m. in Palazzo M on the 5th floor of the Venetian. Learn more.

BADGE PICKUP

A reminder that SHOT Show badges are no longer mailed to you in advance of the show. Pre-registered media can pick up their badges outside the Press Room on Level 4 of the Venetian on Sunday, Jan. 16, from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during the show. Please remember to bring a photo ID and your confirmation email. Media invited to Industry Day at the Range may pick up their show badges at the range (you will not need your badge to board the free bus transportation to the range).
